Honey Pot Full Moon Ceremony | Online

An evening of connection with ourselves and each other, journeying through meditation, contemporary yoga flow and sacred sound healing with the harp.

Join Lucy Tofield, Nadia Benton, and Logan Pike for a full moon ceremony to invite in fresh creative energy as new seeds sprout and ideas flow.

Lucy will be taking us through an accessible contemporary yoga practice to reinvigorate the body, while Nadia's harp will allow us to soak up the beauty of sound, enjoying a moment of rest as we gently ease ourselves out of the winter cycle.

  • Comfy clothing for movement - Warm layers to stay cosy for savasana

  • A token – This may be a crystal, a book, a photo if you like

  • Sound journey with the harp

  • Connection with one another

See you there?

Logan Pike

A barefoot, wellness enthusiast, with a strong passion for Yin Yoga, conscious breathing and intuitive movement/dance. These practices are the tools that supported him out of a dark place and are now aiding him on a more joyful pathway. He focuses on working with inner strength and resistance; using Yoga as a tool to work through fear and self-doubt, building much more than flexibility and physical strength.

Nadia Benton

A love of mythology, history and Celtic music drew Nadia to the harp in her late teens. Nadia weaves her love of yoga and the harp by taking music off the written page, exploring sound as a doorway to entering into the present moment, connecting to ourselves, our inner landscape, and to the world around us.
