Every Month on the last Wednesday 5pm

A 75min class designed for deeper healing through the fascial network. Move through shapes that strengthen and support your connective tissues and your joints’ mobility, while calming the mind and soul. The class is sprinkled with sound bowls and chime magic for a dreamy savasana. Suitable for all ages, abilities and pregnancy. Mats and props provided.⁠
