The touch points below have been curated to provide mamas with all the love and care for their postpartum journey. Mamas can select the touch points below that resonate most or there is an option to have all touch points in a package. Note that the package pricing excludes Mother Blessings and Closing with the Bones ceremonies.
Touch Points:
Connect with Mama pre Birth
Ideally around 30 weeks pregnant to connect and check in (can meet earlier if mama wants to of course!)
Birth Power
A session to tap into your birth power. Includes holistic tips and tricks to journey with birth, advocate for yourself and your pēpi, setting up your birth space, and ultimately reclaim birth as a rite of passage.
Meeting with Mama + Partner &/or Support Network
Provide with recipes and first 2 weeks guide on nourishing foods for mama
Mother Blessing
An in person ceremony to honour the rite of passage that lyes ahead – a beautiful alternative for a baby shower. I can work with your community to co-create something magic as a virtual support too. Read more about mother blessings HERE.
In-Person or Virtual First 40 Days Support
0-2 weeks unlimited contact via What’s App
- Includes calls, video calls and messages
2-6 weeks ongoing support and scheduled catch ups up to 2 hours per week
- Includes messaging whenever
- Includes support for partner or support person to ask questions too
- Includes home visits if within traveling distance
In-Person or Virtual Postpartum Support
Additional catch ups available if desired as frequently as a mama would like.
- Emotional and spiritual support (can also include guided meditations, sound journey)
- Includes home visits if within traveling distance
- If in person, can include massage and delicious nourishing treats for mama
In-Person or Virtual 6 Month Postpartum Check In
Call or in person visit to give mama some love - often this is when mama needs some extra support as friends and whanau lives carry on and mum is still integrating with her bebe.
Closing of the bones (Week 6 or Week 18) postpartum or anytime before or there after that suits mama best!
