One-on-One Sessions

Explore and deepen your practice with one-on-one sessions designed to cultivate awareness, bringing us into the only moment there is, which is now.


Be guided through an intuitive practice inspired by my love for vinyasa and yin yoga. We’ll check in and see what resonates with your individual needs for optimal cellular healing.

If a more dynamic practice resonates, we may explore yang postures, classic and creative sequences and shapes, focusing on finding strength while tuning in to your breath. Or if a deeper healing through the fascial network is calling, discover your yin. Move through shapes that strengthen and support your connective tissues and your joints’ mobility, while calming the mind and soul.

I also might bring guided meditations, pranayama and sound in to support your journey.

You’ll receive a voice recording and notes to continue your practice at home.
